Excellent service from Chris at the Windlesham Store. Left us to browse but as soon as we had questions he was there to help. We had already looked at some Pergolas on-line but as soon as we started asking more detailed questions it became clear we had almost ordered the wrong item for our needs - Chris helped us make the right decision and also made spending £2000 really easy! Pleased to see customer service is still alive and kicking... Now we are looking forward to taking delivery or our new Titan Pergola in July...long may the good service continue.

I must say the staff are wonderful so helpful and friendly can not do enough for you best customer service I have had .The quality of the product is excellent had a small problem but sorted so quickly. Will be recommending this company to family and friends, if looking for quality garden furniture buy now do not look any further.

Excellent service from Bob and Chris at the Windlesham Store. Left us to browse but there when we needed them. WOW! After an initial negative experience with the customer service team, I was called personally by the Managing Director Tom who resolved my issue and apologised. It is refreshing to speak to someone who cares about their customers and the reputation of their company. Thanks Tom it is much appreciated and I am happy to recommend White Stores.

Purchased our outdoor furniture today. Excellent customer service from Chris. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ed and Gary were polite and offered advice on assembly of the product.Carried it into the garage and checked the product was complete.Great service and would use again.

Just ordered one of the 4x3m Titan pergolas. A fabulous product; well made; and actually quite easy to put together. The delivery guys were very, very helpful and their communication was brilliant throughout. All communication through the Whitestores customer services was also very good, with emails and queries answered immediately.
